Hamburger and Rice

Ground Beef
1 C. Rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom
Onions
2 C. Water
Salt and Pepper
Chow Mein Noodles
Soy Sauce

Brown beef, drain fat. Add onions, rice, soup, salt, pepper and water. Stir. Cover and cook on medium low heat for 20-25 minutes or until rice is done. Top with noodles and soy sauce if desired.
